What can you do when you volunteer for Team Cerro Nara? It’s our mission to educate people who sign up with us as they help us too. You could be doing anything from forward operations to our poacher prevention program, to gardening at our cabins; studying species diversity both in the field and in the lab; working to make water more available for the community locally or helping communities in far off places around the world. Our hope is that you can take this knowledge home, and abroad.

Whatever you choose to do, it will be an adventure. The skills and training you will receive will have certificates of participation to take home in a portfolio digitally.

As a volunteer you won’t have any commitments aside from what you sign up for. In any case, you’ll have many extraordinary opportunities to get involved with ecological conservation, sustainable horticulture & permaculture design. Our hope is that volunteers take their education and experiences home and abroad help other communities across the world.
